Online Returns & Refunds


This policy applies only to Fauré Le Page products purchased online through the Monards website.

Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, online purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund within seven (7) days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • You contact us within seven (7) days of delivery by messaging us on +61 423 618 798.
  • Your item is returned in new, unused condition.
  • All original tags, protective seals, packaging, dust bags, boxes, labels, accessories and accompanying documentation remain intact.
  • The item has not been worn, altered, personalised, damaged or used.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and associated return logistics costs.

Returned items must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked and appropriately insured shipping service.

Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during return transit until they have been received by our boutique.

All returned items are subject to inspection before any refund or exchange is approved.

If your refund is approved following inspection, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 – 10 business days. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

This Online Returns & Refunds Policy does not apply to purchases made in-store. In-store purchases are subject to separate Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique Terms & Conditions.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
