These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the purchase of Fauré Le Page products made through the Monards online boutique.
By placing an order for a Fauré Le Page product through the Monards website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Monards Privacy Policy.
Monards Victoria Pty Ltd, trading as Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique, is the exclusive authorised retailer of Fauré Le Page in Australia. These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to the purchase of Fauré Le Page products through the Monards website.
Shipping Information
Monards offers complimentary Express Delivery within Australia on all Fauré Le Page online orders.
Orders with delivery addresses within 50 km of Melbourne CBD may, at our discretion, be hand-delivered by a member of our team.
Due to security reasons, deliveries are not available on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Orders are generally not dispatched on Fridays or on a business day immediately preceding a public holiday.
Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on your location and third-party logistics providers. We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable if we become aware of any significant delay.
All shipments are fully insured while in transit and require a signature upon delivery.
If additional processing or delivery time is required for your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable after your order has been placed.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery.
Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to the delivery address specified in your order.

Online Returns & Refunds
This policy applies only to Fauré Le Page products purchased online through the Monards website.
Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, online purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund within seven (7) days of delivery, provided all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- You contact us within seven (7) days of delivery by messaging us on +61 423 618 798.
- Your item is returned in new, unused condition.
- All original tags, protective seals, packaging, dust bags, boxes, labels, accessories and accompanying documentation remain intact.
- The item has not been worn, altered, personalised, damaged or used.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and associated return logistics costs.
Returned items must be securely packaged and sent using a tracked and appropriately insured shipping service.
Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during return transit until they have been received by our boutique.
All returned items are subject to inspection before any refund or exchange is approved.
If your refund is approved following inspection, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time taken for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
This Online Returns & Refunds Policy does not apply to purchases made in-store. In-store purchases are subject to separate Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique Terms & Conditions.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Eligibility to Purchase
Fauré Le Page products are available for purchase and delivery within Australia only. We currently do not accept online orders for delivery outside of Australia.
All prices displayed on the Monards website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price payable is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of product descriptions, pricing and availability, errors may occasionally occur. Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique reserves the right to correct pricing, product description or website errors, cancel any order affected by such errors prior to dispatch and provide a full refund where payment has already been received.
Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will apply only to orders placed after the revised Terms & Conditions are published.
By placing an order through monards.com.au, you authorise Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique to undertake any verification or security checks reasonably required to process your purchase. This may include validating your payment method, confirming your identity, confirming payment authorisation and conducting fraud prevention checks where necessary.
You acknowledge that the personal information you provide during the purchase process may be disclosed to payment processors, fraud prevention agencies and other service providers where reasonably necessary to process your transaction.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Monards Privacy Policy.
Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until you receive confirmation that it has been dispatched. Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order prior to dispatch including where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, fraudulent activity is suspected, or an error has occurred in pricing or product information.
Guarantee of Authenticity
Monards Victoria Pty Ltd is the exclusive authorised retailer of Fauré Le Page in Australia.
We guarantee that every Fauré Le Page product purchased through our boutique or the Monards online store is genuine and sourced directly through Fauré Le Page’s official distribution network.
Product Quality & After-Sales Service
Fauré Le Page products are crafted using premium materials, with our signature scale canvas pattern applied using traditional screen-printing techniques, carried out in France. Natural variations in leather, canvas, hardware and other materials are inherent characteristics of the craftsmanship of each product and are not considered defects.
If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where appropriate, after-sales requests may be referred to Fauré Le Page Paris for technical assessment. This assessment process does not affect or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired, replaced or otherwise remedied in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and Fauré Le Page’s after-sales procedures.
Our after-sales service does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
- Natural ageing of leather, canvas, hardware or other materials
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper storage, exposure to water, heat or chemicals
- Damage resulting from unauthorised alterations, repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorised Fauré Le Page service provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the purchase, delivery or use of Fauré Le Page products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including those available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Subject to any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Monards Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fauré Le Page Melbourne Boutique in relation to the purchase of Fauré Le Page products through the Monards website.
