On the left lobe, a double earring with an emerald-cut diamond in the center and a pear-cut diamond on the side, giving the illusion of a double piercing. On the right lobe, a stud earring with an emerald-cut diamond that subtly adorns the ear. For an even more elegant look, each stone is surrounded by a halo of delicately set diamonds.
